About Us
Delin Build is a full service, boutique Custom Home Builder specializing in building and renovating residential homes. Founded in 1991 and based in Toronto, my team and my professional trades, are ready to give your build whatever it requires.
With Delin Build, I’ll be with you every step of the process. From the initial concept, to helping clients finalize their decisions and dreams. I'm committed in helping you get the space you’ve always wanted.
Delin Build has been a registered Tarion builder since 1998.

My mission is to deliver a great product and service, and to understand the clients needs. The main priority for Delin Build is to deliver the best workmanship and quality to all my projects.
Our Story
Dean Mazzolin, owner and founder, started in the construction business at an early age with his father. His dad had a successful construction business since 1957 in the Toronto area, building new homes, industrial buildings, and renovating homes. Learning the trade and the business, Dean took that knowledge and experience and expanded it to his own company. Since then, Delin Build has built over 200 renovation projects and new homes in the GTA. The pressing need for a reliable Custom Home Builder that uses only the very best trades and materials, is what people have come to expect. That's why Delin Build has not slowed down in over 30 years.
