Our Story
Dean Mazzolin got his start in construction working alongside his dad, who ran a successful building business in Toronto since 1957. From building new homes to industrial projects and renovations, Dean learned the trade hands-on and picked up the know-how to run a solid business.
Using that experience, Dean founded Delin Build Ltd., and since then, the company has completed over 200 projects across the Greater Toronto Area. People trust Delin Build because they’re known for working with the best tradespeople and using the best materials, and after more than 30 years, Dean and his team are still committed to delivering quality and reliability on every build.
